A list of museums I find interesting and I would want to visit. Granted, I can't visit all of them, but it's nice to dream. On a side note, many museums have become virtual, and tours can be found online. I love Google Arts and Culture and I would give it a 10/10.
The Corpus Museum Netherlands)
The Museum of Food Anomalies (Online)
National Museum of Mathematics (New York)
Haus der Musik (Vienna)
National Museum of Singapore
Morbid Anatomy (New York)
Leslie Lohan Museum (New York)
The Metropolitan Museum (New York)
The Met Cloisters (New York)
The Morgan (New York)
The Pingu Museum (I believe the location changes)
Museum of Childhood (England)
The Bunny Museum (California, US)
The Ghibli Museum (Japan)
The Franz Kafka Museum (Prague)
The Van Gogh Museum (Amsterdam)
The Museum of Bad Art (Online?)
All Museums in Egypt and Italy (I can't help it)
The Museum of Islamic Art (Qatar)
The British Museum (I hate that I even want to go there)
I would not necessarily go to these museums, but the architecture is pretty so I might just.
Museums are such a vibe, though I never really went to one. Hope I can visit many in the future. I like romanticising history. It makes me feel less alone. I like thinking that I am somehow connected to everyone who has lived and died long before I was even born. There are some things that just makes us so connected that age and time does not really matter. Like smelling flowers. Or feeling the sunlight on your skin. Or even that distinct feeling that what you're going through will soon be a distant memory.
There are a lot of things that are just straight up ineffable. This would be one of them.
